Smart Lunches' New Menu Selections for November

The tireless Smart Lunches culinary team has been hard at work. With all the lunches we are delivering to centers from Massachusetts to Virginia, we're not even sure how they found time. Regardless, we are pleased to introduce new menu selections for November and we can't wait to share them with you.

What's All the Excitement About?

The preschools, childcare centers and adult day care centers we serve enjoy a menu rich with variety and designed to meet all the requirements of the CACFP program. We’ve enjoyed serving up selections like Fiesta Chicken, the ever-popular Chicken Nuggets, and Beef Teriyaki, as well as delicious vegetarian selections like Mexican Black Beans and Rice and Lentil Chickpea Curry.

But while we’re keeping your favorites in the rotation, we are excited to announce that our November menu is adding delicious new selections. Our Korean BBQ series has been so popular that we are now introducing Korean BBQ Tofu. We have also expanded our ethnic Mexican selections to include Beef Tacos, Chicken Fajitas, and Fiesta Tofu. (Remember our video, Deconstructing Fiesta Chicken?) And we’ve added some hardy comfort food items for the fall including Salisbury Steak, Chicken and Gravy with Biscuits, and Turkey Spanish Rice.
